Trying to upgrade, updated

I was able to upgrade and found the app very useful for tracking five habits. Then I destroyed my phone, got a new one and discovered that my upgrade is gone. I reached out to the developer via chat a week ago when I got the new phone, no response. Giving one star because I have to in order to post the review.

But it wont load. So I cant back date the single habit Im trying to track.
Thus this app is useless to me.
